Atlantic Hydraulics has invested significantly in information technology, specifically shop floor and job management. Our customized system allows us to track a job from beginning through invoicing and keep that information indefinitely.

Atlantic Hydraulics can integrate its custom computer management system with customers by:

• Using customer part numbers
• Using item specific serial numbers
• Conforming documentation
• Failure analysis reports, if needed
• Test reports provided with delivery

To insure quick turnaround and the highest quality, the work load is managed by our customized computer program that tracks all jobs. Labor, materials, evaluation reports, photographs, test information, etc. are stored in the system indefinitely. So if we have a unit come back later for service, we can quickly retrieve the information about what work was done before to help customers identify any failure trends that may be prevented.

Quality assurance documentation is created for each job, including:

• step-by-step evaluation procedures
• parts lists and drawings
• test protocol and record
